Refund and Cancellation Policy

All marketing and other activities taken up by Glostem Private Limited (Glostem) are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Conference Delegate

Glostem organizes conferences, trainings and workshops for which the delegate and exhibitor/sponsor has to register well in advance. This registration is deemed to be non-cancellable and non-refundable. In event of unforeseen circumstances where you are left with no other option but to cancel, cancellation of a pre-booked registration, by the delegate, is subject to Rs. 2500/- administrative charge or 5% of the fee paid, whichever is higher.Cancellations must be received in writing (to at least 30 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are possible after this date. Substitute delegates are welcome, with no extra fee payable.

In case Glostem has partnered with some organization and is facilitating the conference/workshop, the refund policy may change and the final decision will be that of the main organizers.

Cancellation of Conference by Glostem Private Limited

On rare occasion, due to lack of an economic number of attendees or other reasons, it may be necessary for Glostem to cancel the event for which you are registered. We will endeavor to inform you of such a decision no later than 4 weeks in advance of the scheduled start date of the event in question. In this case our liability is limited to a full refund of any amount already received in respect of our registration. We will specifically not be liable for any travel or accommodation you may have booked in anticipation of attending the event nor any consequential expenses.

Confirmation of Conference Registration

Program and Venue

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the program may change and Glostem reserves the right to alter the venue and/or speakers.

Conference Payment

All payment must be made by bank transfer/cheque/draft at time of online or offline registration. No cash will be accepted by our staff. Delegates with un-cleared payments at the time of conference will be requested by our staff to provide a credit card guarantee at the registration desk. A delegate without payment or guarantee may not be allowed entry into the hall.

Payment for Other Services

All payment must be made by bank transfer/cheque/draft at time of online or offline registration. No cash will be accepted by our staff. All payments will be as per the services ordered as per quotation or contract and on mutually agreed terms. No refund is admissible after the order has been confirmed and/or work has started for the respective services.
