Networking with the peers and scientists working in the same domain forms an essence of the physical conferences. Conferences are not organized and attended only for listening to the talks, but a lot of scientists attend conferences for developing contacts and collaborations.

Networking during the specified slot helps break the ice and initiate interaction which can end up in friendships, collaborations, job opportunities and finding solutions to research problems which otherwise might not be possible.

All our physical events provide specific networking slots and sometimes card exchange sessions for better networking during the event. Depending upon the time availability and event format, introduction of all attendees is kept during the opening sessions for making the networking more effective during the rest of the event.
