Keeping in view the time, cost and time of the participants, this workshop is organized online through an online platform. The online platform will have the following features

1. The experts will join as Speakers/Experts while the other members will join as Attendees.

2. Experts for the session will be available for Q/A or discussion throughout the meeting time.

3. Anyone who wants to ask questions or comment or join the discussion, needs to raise hand and the Expert will provide time and answer the query. Alternatively, the participants can type their question and the same will be answered towards the end of each session.

4. The entire meeting will be managed by the backend team who will monitor and manage the meeting and will also assist the participants through chat as well as through dedicated helpline number.

5. Each participant will be pre-registered by the organizers on the platform. Each participant will receive an email (on their registered email id) with the link to join and a meeting code one day prior to the meeting for joining the platform.

6. The participants need not download any program/application and can join from any regular browser preferably Google chrome.

7. For best experience, we would like everyone to join using a desktop or laptop computer with google chrome browser. One can join from a phone also but with limited functionality.
